Mr. John W. Cutter is the founder and owner of John Cutter Investigations Inc. (JCI). John retired from the New York City Police Department after a successful twenty-five year career. His last position was as the deputy chief in the criminal intelligence section where he was responsible for all counter-terrorism initiatives for the department’s intelligence division. With thirty-three years of professional experience, John wants to develop JCI into an industry leader.
Mr. Ronald Lowe began his law enforcement career in 1987 with the New York City Police Department. There he distinguished himself as a tenacious investigator and was promoted to Detective in 1991 and subsequently to Second-Grade Detective. Mr. Lowe was the recipient of the New York City Police Department’s Medal of Valor for acts of outstanding personal bravery during the rescue and recovery efforts resulting from the terrorist attack on the United States on September 11, 2001.
Mr. Robert A. Wise brings over 33 years of combined public and private law enforcement experience to JCI as the Vice President of the New Jersey Division. Prior to his current position, Robert had been the Vice President of a prominent New York based security company for six years. Mr. Wise was responsible for the daily operation of the New Jersey enterprise overseeing major government and private contracts.
Madelyn Langella was a detective with the New York City Police Department, which, she left after a distinguished twenty year career. During her career she gained extensive experience with complex investigations, research, and case management. She worked in Community Policing, the Special Victims, and Homicide Squad where she honed her skills as an interviewer and investigator.
